Returns & Exchange Policy


1. Overview

Thank you for shopping at Appilorra. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange under the terms outlined below.


2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 3 days from the delivery date.

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

  • Personalized/customized products are non-returnable unless defective.

  • Sale/discounted items may have different return conditions — check the product page or your invoice.


3. Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or the wrong product was delivered.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 days from delivery.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the replacement item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit.

Note: Exchanges for size or color change (where the original product is correct) are allowed only if the product condition is perfect and within the return timeframe.


4. Return & Exchange Process

Step 1 — Initiate a Request
Email us at: support@appilorra.com
Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]

In your message, include:

  • Order number

  • Product name(s)

  • Reason for return/exchange

  • Photos (if item is damaged/defective)

Step 2 — Pack Your Item
Place the item in original packaging with all tags attached. Include the original invoice.

Step 3 — Ship the Item
You will receive instructions for shipping. Please use a trackable shipping method.


5. Return Approval & Refunds

  • We will inspect returned items within 3–5 business days of receipt.

  • Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method.

  • Refund timelines:

    • Credit/Debit Card: 5–10 business days

    • UPI/Wallets/Netbanking: 2–5 business days

  • You will receive email confirmation once your refund is initiated.


6. Return Shipping Charges

  • Returns for defective or incorrect items: return shipping is free (we will provide a prepaid label).

  • Returns for change of mind:

    • Shipping charges are non-refundable

    • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may incur an additional collection fee deduction on refund


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Report within 72 hours of delivery.

  • Send clear photos/videos of the defect and packaging.

  • We will replace the item or issue a full refund.
