Shipping Policy


1. Order Processing Time

All orders placed on Appilorra are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.

  • During sales, festive seasons, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once processed, your order is dispatched through our shipping partners.


2. Shipping Locations

We ship to:

  • 🇮🇳 All locations across India

  • 🌍 International destinations

International shipping availability may vary based on destination country and logistics partner.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-Metro / Tier 2–3 Cities: 5–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

International Shipping

  • Standard International Delivery: 7–14 business days

  • Express Delivery (where available): 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email/SMS

  • A tracking number to monitor your shipment status

Tracking updates for international shipments may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for domestic orders only

  • Availability depends on the delivery pin code

  • Appilorra reserves the right to restrict COD for certain locations or order types


6. Delayed or Undelivered Orders

Order delays may occur due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address

  • Customer unavailability at the time of delivery

  • Courier partner or customs-related delays

If an order is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, further action will be taken after contacting the customer.


7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears damaged or tampered upon delivery:

  • Please avoid accepting the package, if possible

  • Inform us within 72 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos/videos of the package and product

We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.


8. Address Changes & Order Modifications

  • Address changes are allowed only before dispatch

  • Once shipped, order details cannot be modified

  • Please contact us immediately after placing your order for any changes
