To be eligible for a return:
Items must be returned within 3Â days from the delivery date.
All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
Personalized/customized products are non-returnable unless defective.
Sale/discounted items may have different return conditions — check the product page or your invoice.
You may request an exchange if:
The item is defective, damaged, or the wrong product was delivered.
Exchange requests must be made within 3Â days from delivery.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the replacement item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit.
Note: Exchanges for size or color change (where the original product is correct) are allowed only if the product condition is perfect and within the return timeframe.
Step 1 — Initiate a Request

Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
In your message, include:
Order number
Product name(s)
Reason for return/exchange
Photos (if item is damaged/defective)
Step 2 — Pack Your Item
Place the item in original packaging with all tags attached. Include the original invoice.
Step 3 — Ship the Item
You will receive instructions for shipping. Please use a trackable shipping method.
We will inspect returned items within 3–5 business days of receipt.
Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Refund timelines:
Credit/Debit Card: 5–10 business days
UPI/Wallets/Netbanking: 2–5 business days
You will receive email confirmation once your refund is initiated.
Returns for defective or incorrect items: return shipping is free (we will provide a prepaid label).
Returns for change of mind:
Shipping charges are non-refundable
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may incur an additional collection fee deduction on refund
If your product arrives damaged or defective:
Report within 72Â hours of delivery.
Send clear photos/videos of the defect and packaging.
We will replace the item or issue a full refund.
